My name is Emmanuel Valencia and I am a Senior Mechanical Engineer from Houston, TX, but most importantly, I am the LOUDEST and PROUDEST member of the Fightin' Texas Aggie Class of 2020, A-WHOOP! It is my great honor to lead this organization as your President for the 2019-2020 academic year. I am excited to meet you and invest in your life; while I firmly believe that TAMU SHPE will help you grow into a successful and professional engineer post-graduation, I am also working hard to ensure that you have the tools necessary to enjoy the process. I am a highly motivated person who enjoys worship, playing the piano, and learning something new every day. At the end of the day, I am here to serve you -- my SHPE Familia. Howdy! My name is Gisselle Ramos and I am a Senior Electrical Engineering Major from Katy, Texas, but more importantly, I am the loudest and proudest member of the Fightin' Texas Aggie Class of 2020! A-WHOOP! I am excited to be Vice President for this school year and help my fellow SHPEsters grow. My job is to maintain company relations and plan the logistics for National Convention and RLDC. My second home is ZACH, where I am usually staring at my computer trying to study. I enjoy reading, running, and learning new languages. If you see me around campus, don't hesitate to say Howdy. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with friends and traveling to new places. My goal is to help every member feel confident in their ability to thrive at A&M and in their professional careers. I am also in charge of making sure each member is aware of all of our important dates and opportunities. Howdy! My name is Matthew Kanarr and I am a Junior Computer Science Major from Round Rock, Texas. Most importantly, I am the loudest and the proudest member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2021! A-A-A Whoop! I have the honor and privilege of serving as your Director of Technical Affairs for the 2019-2020 academic year. My tasks include updating and maintaining the website, preparing presentations for general meetings, and hosting technical workshops throughout the semester. One of my biggest goals is to have our SHPEsters attain the programming skills to be successful in their academics and industry helping pave the path to make our members the technical leaders of tomorrow today! Some of my hobbies include: running, playing trumpet, playing video games, and programming.
